Michael Recchiuti is doing one additional class on the afternoon of Saturday, November 3, 2007 at Lambert Bridge Winery in Healdsburg. Guests will enjoy the ambiance of the winery's redwood barrel room while they learn about chocolates and enjoy tastes of confections paired with wine.
