Someone told me that they had a steak thermometer that had remote control! With it clipped to a belt or pocket, you can mingle with guests or prepare the rest of the meal witout worrying that you will miss the perfect temperature. I haven't been able to find a gadget like this -- does anyone know a resource for these?
